Goodluck bud! Remember in tourney play that par/safe is better than going for what's a tougher shot!

Thanks for the advice! Those tough shots rarely play out how they're supposed to.

And good friend of mine is really really good. like close to a 1000 rated player and he learned the hard way that part is your friend. went from leading the advanced division after 2 rounds to playing aggressive in the 3rd round and dropping to 7th and had to fight to finish 4th through 4 rounds.

Well boys, the tourney life isn't for me! I had fun, but not $40 worth of fun. I'd rather pay the $3 green fee to go play with my buddies and have more fun. Plus I played like shit because of just having a hard time relaxing. Played one course last night and shot par, then today shot +6

I'm freakin ITCHING to play. Going to go out on Saturday morning. I've also got a new disc on the way that'll be here tomorrow. We have dubbed this disc "Harambe". If no one has thrown one before, it's so crazy overstable that no matter how you throw this thing, it's hooking left. Great for certain holes.

It's freaking swanky man. I'm loving all the features my taco didn't have like leather, heated seats, nav, projector headlights, 30mpg, etc. Plus it's a crazy smooth ride compared to it. With that being said, I'd still trade it back for my truck in a heartbeat. I miss modding it! Modding the car isn't the same. So for now I just offer advice and live vicariously through others on here :spy:

That's the plan! I've been lurking on here and CL just to see what price they go for. I'm hoping to be able to buy one cash by summer of '18

Next time I'm in TX I'll take you for a ride  I really love the sound of the boxer engine, which you'd probably like too. Sounds more rumble-y than a typical 4 cylinder

Hi, I got this as an early Christmas present from a reddit secret santa. I didn't know about this thread til I searched.....
    20161202_165016.jpg

It has been really cold and windy here though so I have not played a round with it. huge upgrade from the standard innova bag I had. I have played casually with only one or two discs for 10 years. This summer my girlfriend and I played a lot and spent more time improving and figuring out how to throw the disc we had well enough to warrant a bag and some used discs. maybe I'll buy us a couple new aviars and teebirds

So I get the green light to go play week before last but had too much at work going on to get to go play. Now I'm on vacation and heading out in just a bit to play 2 courses up in nc with a group of friends. Never been to either course. Kinda nervous bc I'm worried if my forearm will hold up! Been up since 430 lol.
