Good morning! Only got around 7 inches so far, now it is only supposed to snow until noon this morning. I'm in the heaviest predicted band though. Plow hasn't even come by yet. Was supposed to meet a couple of friends for breakfast about 20 miles away this morning and text them I can't make it. One of them has had Tacoma's for years and a couple of years ago switched to a FJ. He texted back that he is going to be there because he has a Toyota. The bastage!

Don't even get me started. Highly recommend you have her read this first by the guy that started the breed. inventor of labradoodle has massive regrets

Welcome Puddle Pirate! Obviously you must be over 6 foot tall so you can walk to shore in case your boot sinks. Sorry hope it isn't too early for coastie jokes!

Yeah hope I don't end up with a foot like you did, although looks like it. Thanks for the reminder to fill the blower before I fire it up later today. When I got it was tired of fighting snow and ended up with the biggest SOB I could find, without gas and running it is a bit much to man handle around LOL. Is it spring yet?! You be safe too!

But the really important question is the BBQ sauce he uses mustard based (SC) Vinegar (NC Piedmont) Sweet sugar (NC Mountains). Could be any of the 3 in the area you all are. Some say that tells a lot about a person LOL.

Sweet sugar in NC Mtn area explains why my cousin wins in wine making competitions in that area.

Yeah, there is that unfortunate part. :puke:But my son is a grad from there, so I have to like them a little.

Vinegar here, too. But not much on the red pepper except pizza and pasta.

After living in Asheville long enough I became a sweet mountain convert. In SD hunting phez the Admiral did 14 pounds of pork butt one day in the smoker while we were out hunting. That night for supper it was only 3 of us including the Captain, had plenty of pork :) The Admiral had some of his favorite vinegar red pepper sauce, it was enough pork for the 3 of us LOL. Hated to tell him and didn't but that spicy sauce stayed with me all night I've lived in Mn. too long now. Hell they consider black pepper a major sauce up here. We don't rough it too badly at hunting "camp" in the Dakotas. We lost the house we normally rent so the Admiral went and bought a house, and installed a wine cooler also. I made the slaw and hadn't set it on the table yet. There were comments made about me using slaw as a condiment instead of just a side dish....

If you're going to pull a 30 you may as well pull a 50 and run 3 plugs in your service box if you have enough in your main panel. You may want to use more power at a later date. Our camp host spot at work were originally set.up with 30 amp and now we're having to pull bigger wire, rebuild service boxes and expand main panels...it may save work later on.

It doesn't have to be as long as the breaker for that leg can handle everything on it.

We're stretched a little thin but will keep that in mind.

If you're close on total amps, just keep that in mind when running muliple items. We have 3 host sites and 2 additional sites and have managed to finally get people in the mindset of not running 2 ac's coffee makers and micro waves while the toaster oven is going. 30 amp plugs just can't handle it. Plus the some rv manufacturers use minimum wire size with the thought that they are for recreation and not full time use. So they really aren't built to handle the loads of simultaneous fulltime use. Consequently, when the temps are over 100 or so, they are popping breakers on a regular basis. But these sites were designed 20-30 years ago and 50 amp service wasn't very common or really needed. Now we're having to find ways to lower demand and make the same amount of power available to higher use areas until we can get a handle on it.
