Yeah... school was tough. Came in early 8th grade, but by the time I actually went to school it was mid school year. They had to "decipher" my report cards and stuff from back home. Language was hard, and was made fun of A LOT. All because of the way I looked and what I wore. Typical.

Any one heard of these SPOD systems?
    http://www.4x4spod.com/default.asp

I've been looking into them. There a nice clean way of wiring the light bar, rock lights, etc. Thought Id put it out there. They make them for tacos and JK's along with FJ's as well.
Ive been looking for something like this as a nice clean install but for 450$ I can get so much more..

I see well, lets see if that buyer wants my skis. I am out of town this weekend but have time during the week now to do a run down if the weather is ok.
I am not on much because of my phone connection so if it can work out I can post again and tag @DrFunker ? sorry so late to reply. :)

I was just curious what projects anyone may have done. I need to do a couple more mods to mine. Auto leveling and a z brace kit.

Oh we bought an engineering prototyping one so it's a massive unit about the size of my desk. I have only successfully used it twice to print prototypes for test fitment. Half the time it's easier to send the part to the machine shop we have to get the part machined than to be printed since it takes almost half a day just to get it to program right.

It's not a bad unit, all in one unit but I went with a more diy approach with a bussmann fuse/relay panel and switches. I just like doing things on my own, the sPod is cool if you want a plug and play setup.

That seems absolutely stupid expensive just to run a light set up. Plus, you could never trouble shoot it as you're at the mercy of programming. For running / monitoring more complex systems, it could have some uses but no way I'd want that just for lights. Just my $0.02.
