Hey everyone I would like to do a meet on Saturday February 20, 2010. The meet can start at 12 Noon. Let me know if you want something special done ie: lift kit install or something welded. It can be a mod day and a meet. I will be grilling maybe chicken, burgers and hot dogs.... drinks are on you. Any questions feel free to ask.

I'm not sure if I can definatley make it, but I would really like to stop by even if it's only for a little bit!

What type of mods can be done with the given area/space/time/tools? I was going to do a deck-plate mod and flowmaster muffler when I got home for spring break or the summer, but if possible to do it at a meet, it would be a great opportunity!

The garage is big enough for 3 trucks at a time. They have all of the tools including air tools that we should need. If not there is an autozone around the corner. I am ont so sure about the deck plate mod but the guys are pretty good mechanics there so I have faith. If anyone has a big job like a lift, just let me know that way I can schedule it since its a full day job.

    Tempting.

I have an OME kit to install, and a bumper. But it is a bit of a drive for it all. I hate to say yes and have you schedule it and then not be able to show up.

I've got a set of Eibach springs waiting to go in. I'm ordering 5100's now. Not sure if they'll be here in time for this meet. Is this something that can be done?

If you say yes and schedule it its just something I have to let them know about. The shop opens at 9 am or 10 am so they would want you to show up earlier then noon. Its just a courtesy thing ya know nothing set in stone..... thanks for the concern. I am going to put up an update when I am done answering questions.

Yes definitely these guys installed my lift so I am sure they can install your 5100's. It depends on how much work we bring them to see if they can do the install. The shop is open from 10 am to 6 pm but they are always hanging out late. I am going to stay there late so if anyone wants to hang out plus all the guys are going to want to hang out late.

OK thanks. I'll let you know when (or if) the shocks get here. They are on back order. If I get them in time, I'm in. I'll keep you updated.

I was going to try to get to the Hooters meet, but Wayne NJ is a long drive for me. Newburgh isn't so bad, no real traffic to deal with.

Kind of an update...... I would like to see as many people at the meet as possible its not just a mod day but a meet too and I am going to be cooking all day! The guys at the shop are super cool, they are all willing to do whatever we need. It's a car audio and electronics shop and they have almost every tool you can think of including air tools and a tire machine. There is an Autozone right around the corner from the shop if we need tools in a pinch. For those of you that want behind the grill lights, they sell PIAA lights. Every light on my truck is PIAA and I bought them all there at Hollywood Sounds. They are going to be very flexible with prices and most of the stuff purchased there comes with installation ie... lights...... stereos.......speakers...... remote starters... alarms...... etc.........
