Bumper, Winch, 315s, Sliders, OME HD lift, Custom rear swingout, roof rack, drawers, way too much to list.
Having a 4X4 and not using it is a waste too, but how many bros out there have lifted 4X4 mall crawlers? The for sale ads include a long list of upgrades (18 inch lift, 40's, lockers, sliders, etc...) and it ends with "never been off roaded"

I can kinda understand a lift because it makes the truck look a lot better.... but knobby tires and "King" suspension is overkill... might as well sell your truck and buy a 4wd for those kings.

Maybe the Kings just ride better and the road noise from the tires puts the baby to sleep? :notsure:

ARE cap, wade inchannel vent visors, weathertec floor mats, ranch hand grill guard, tuffy security boxes in bed, lockable tailgate handle. Still have stuff that needs to be installed and still have stuff ordered lol.
why are yous busting his balls for? its his truck he can do what he wants with it whether its off roading, mall crawling, etc. without being teased or bullied. its his choice so why put him down and everything. also so what if its a prerunner ive seen prerunners running in sand very wheel and can keep up the 4wd's.

where I live forest roads get pretty muddy and nasty and I have had to engage my 4wd a lot.
like I said above, I understood how it would make the truck look better... I see that. But it is retarded when people buy a 2wd because it is 5k less and then turn around and spend more then 5k on kings and lift kits and mud tires. When you go out of your way to drop 3k on a king set up which is designed for 4wd offroad use and roll around with it on a 2wd set up it just DOES NOT make sense. You can argue that the kings are more comfortable but why not invest in some street shocks that are made for on road use? it just does not make sense:gossip:

Not everybody lives in the forest, where you live

I'd say a good majority of King sponsored trucks are actually 2wd. King shocks are not specifically designed for 4wd only vehicles.

I was just saying that there are a lot more reasons to needing 4wd then rock crawling or hill climbing

Agreed, but depending on where you live you might not ever NEED 4wd unless you go looking for a big enough hill/rock. Where I live there are miles and miles of trails you can travel without the need for 4wd and there are of course certain paths that require it.

When you have $$$ in hand, every thing makes sense. BTW, 4x4 is only $1500 more( where I live and when I bought my truck). I do not need 4x4 for my application or will be a waste if I do.

I rather spend $5k on a custom made Wilson Combat 1911 than $5k on five or more 1911. Well... it makes sense for me but may be not for you bro
