Just finished the Dupli Color Kevlar Armor paint job.

Needs some touch ups but I'm happy for now! Best part is the wife loves it! 20161204_164110.jpg 20161207_141146.jpg 20161207_141210.jpg

Put my hurst short shifter in today. What a hell of a difference it makes every shift is solid but reverse is harder to get in now hope the redline mt90 will fix that.

Good to know that shit sticks to plastic! I thought bout doing my fender flares as well when I do my new bumper but wasn't sure that it'd stick to them.

I want to go to C&C at Oasis!!!

We had C&C today, but I woke up late for it. Going to try and go to the next one as my truck will be more ready...

I removed the front sway bar today along with the end links.

Cars and Coffee, usually a small car meet in the mornings on either Saturday or Sunday that happens once a month, usually somewhere that serves coffee or breakfast.

The town I live in has two a month, one is at the Einstein bagels, and other is downtown around our square.

I sanded the finish with 100 grit for a while! Then I sprayed on 3 coats of DupliColor adhesion promoter.

For those of you who've asked for the specs of the lift they are listed below. The wheels are level eight bully pros. The tires are 285/70/17 Bro's.

A huge thank you goes out to you @dan0mite and @rogs6266 for doing 99% of the work today. Without their patients, expertise, and time none of this would've been possible for me. The TW family is amazing.

Also a big thank you goes out to Marie at Headstrong off-road (@HeadStrong Off-Road ) for getting me exactly what I needed and taking the time to answer all my noob questions.

Don't really like my bumper now that I played the sides. Thinking of playing the middle to make it look. Enter or starting over completely.

Honestly, I haven't stayed in it overnight yet. Just set it up for the first time today. Setup was so easy it's funny. I was more than pleased with the quality and and materials used. I was on the fence about getting Ruggedized option but figured for the money I'm spending I might as well just because of the 360g material and the aluminum platform. I plan on keeping it for a long time so I wanted it as durable as possible. Adam told me that all the Ruggedized models now come standard with the sky panels for star gazing and a rain fly. As far as the size, it's perfect for my application. It's just me and the wife and 2 dogs. There is more then enough room. We have about a 2'x4' area left unused at our feet, figured that would be a perfect spot for the dogs. I can easily sit up with left over head room. I also liked the foot print of it closed. I didn't want any overhang off the bed, I have a DCSB and it is basically the same size as the bed, minus about 3" at the sides and about 8" at the tailgate. I have it mounted on three Relentless Fab "tall" bed bars, the rear one has the hi-lift tabs welded on. I replaced my bed rail caps with KBVOODOO's steel bed caps. So this puts the tent on the bars right in line with top of the cab. A word of warning, the bed bars do come with slots instead of just holes drilled in to mount them to the tracks, this is so you have some up and down movement to line up the t slot nuts. This was a problem, even though they had the slots, I still had to drill a new hole because they didn't line up since I had the new bed caps.
