I love my snowblower. I haven't touched it since last winter and she fires right up and runs like a champ. Got the driveway and path to the oil tank done before it changes to rain.

It's a show that got my wife and I hooked after just watching the first episode. It's a good watch if you've got some time to dive in and watch the first few episodes back to back to get you hooked

I'd guess about 6" of snow so far here and still coming down strong.

Morning everyone. Hope y'all had a good weekend. We had a little dusting of snow but already changed over to rain by the time I came into work this morning. Gotta love those idiots driving in with no headlights or taillights. Great weather conditions to do that in today. :(

Wow - what part of the state? I got up this morning and debated pushing aside the snow in my driveway with a shovel. Like Rob, I got a heavy dusting. But when I looked at the weather for later today it said it was going to be 40s. So I left it to melt this afternoon.

Good morning. Currently in Brookline. Only a dusting up here and currently raining pretty good. Everything's just about gone. Even on the grassy areas. (Traffic still sucked though)

I was super close but am still sitting stock tune. Guy down the road has an ecoboost and has the tuner, so may borrow it to see how it looks. Completely forgot about it.....I wonder if it would revise shift points to ride a little better too.

    Snowing! :bananadance:
    :burnrubber:

Of course, our plow guy hadn't shown up when I got to work, so I dropped the plow and swept the parking area quickly when I got here at 7. He just got here about 5 minutes ago and is plowing currently.

We're a warehouse, so the warehouse workers start showing up at 4:30 and the lot is supposed to be clean when they get here. I should open a landscaping business, because the plow contract JUST for our building is something like $15k a year.

Not a horrible drive in, better than the last slippery event! Maybe people are staring to remember how to drive in this crap.

Jethro's annoying question of the day... I picked up my snowmobile trailer Saturday and I greatly underestimated this thing. Very heavy on the tongue. I don't want any kind of lift, and I don't want to mess with the ride characteristics anymore than I have to, but I need some heavier springs in the back to hold this weight until I get my full size truck next year. Any suggestions and what does it entail? Probably have to get a weight distributing hitch too. Find it a strange design with the axle so much behind the pivot point. They say you are supposed to have 10% of the total weight on the tongue but with two sleds it will easily be more like 70% of the weight. I don't think the trailer hitch is supposed to have like 1700lbs of tongue weight.

I thought this trailer was going to weigh 950lbs. I was wrong. Weighed it on my way home and it was 1430lbs empty. Truck pulls it well enough but with two sleds there will easily be another 500 lbs on the hitch.

My buddy purposely bought a plow when he took up landscaping a few years back, just so he could get his townhouse complex's contract. Doesn't do landscaping anymore though. Had a baby last year, and because he works for UPS and is always out late, he stopped so he could spend more time with his kid on the weekends, since that's when he was doing the landscaping stuff. I was his "worker". I use the term "worker" loosely because he would pay me $80 a day (we only did it on Saturday's, but Sunday once in a while if we got rained out), plus he would buy me lunch, drinks, make breakfast in the A.M. when we met up at his house... good times. I miss that.

Could you do a air bag setup?
I have a set of stock tacoma leaf springs off a 2012. Maybe you could add a leaf to your leaf pack.

Edit - you can have the leaf springs for free. I'm in Hooksett. I'd just need to dig them out of my shed.

Aren't air bags expensive? If it's gonna cost a bunch of coin I would be tempted to trade in my truck.

That is weird how far back the axle is on that trailer

Do you have the 3 leaf or 4 leaf pack? Make sure you have the 4 leaf pack and then like John said do an air bag setup. No more lift and when your carrying weight you just pump up the bags to help it carry the heavier weight.

Can I pump up the bags with like a 12V compressor, like a portable one?
