Looks like green is positive and the white with black stripe is ground but I don't have a means to confirm at the moment.

I'm thinking if you pop open your hood and glance around your battery check to see if these cooors possibly go to your positive and negative leads. I will pop my hood in a second.

Well by this pic, it looks like the black wire on the connector is matching up with the green on the stock

Coot beat me to it. Sounds like your wiring is backwards then if the black is lined up with green.

Is it easy to switch the wires on the connectors?

I would assume they have a little clip on the pieces that attach into the plastic housing on the plugs. I would recommend either a long nose plier or a toothpick to hit these little latches. Once you hit them they should come out pretty easily assuming they are the connections I am thinking they are.

Just make sure Ryan if you do this that you swap the connection preferably at the end of the connection where the fog hooks up as ideally the existing wiring will be extended through your conversion. This means that the positive and negative lead identities wont change and should reflect the same positive/negative orientation all the way up to your fog light connector. It seems to me that the fog end connector would probably stay the same, but the plastic housing connecting into that should be swapped wire wise if that makes sense.

Yea I'm working.. Thank the Lord for YouTube! I ran down and disconnected the connector and ran back up to my desk. YouTubed it and it took like 2 minutes. I'm "going to lunch" and plugging them in! :fingerscrossed:

You will most likely need a weather pack tool to punch out the pins on those connectors...
