A weird thing happen to me at HF today. I cut out 2 separate coupon pages from 2 different Handyman magazines. I brought in the screw/phillips driver set and the free tape measure coupons from one page and the person at the cash register informed me that both had an expiration date of 12/2/16, taking for granted they were still good. I get back in my truck and look at the other page of coupons from the other magazine, with an expiration date of 3/6/17 and they have the same 2 coupons that were expired from the other magazine.

I thought so on that, but I haven't been turned down at the register on that one yet.

I got turned down at the register originally, so I went to put the compressor back on the shelf because I was irritated at the fine print, but the manager was cool and honored it anyway.

Got a dual-action polisher from HF. I replaced the backing plate with a smaller one and it works beautifully. Polished a few cars with it and it hasn't let me down yet.

I just washed my truck before the snow storm and was impressed with the HF wash mitten.

I don't know if it was this thread, but someone mentioned how they are always losing the 10mm socket, as that size socket is used often. I was at HF today and they had an extended 10mm socket sold as a single and I grabbed 2.

I definitely haven't seen the wash mitt at the HF in my area but glad to hear it worked out well for you!! I also bought some Meguiar's M205 polish from there when I was in a pinch. They definitely never fail to surprise me with what they have for sale there lol

Anyone get a plasma cutter with 20% off coupon? Coupon says no welders, but technically the plasma cutter is not a welder.

I had 2 other wash mittens before, but they weren't as thick or able to hold suds and will buy another as a backup in the future.

I did notice HF had Nu Finish car wax, which I have used in the past.

Today I bought a 25" 1/2 drive breaker bar for $8.99, so your post reminded me of this great deal.

That is a good point and they should honor that coupon, because you are correct and wish I could afford one to prove your point.

Why are there always multiple listings of the same tool (with different catalog numbers) on HF? If it's the same tool why multiple listing with different catalog numbers? If they are different, what's different? Why list both?

Ive had good luck with the hydraulic crimper. Used it to make all the new battery cables of my diesel fj60 project. Lots of different dies included for different sized wire
