    As a man the strongest your body will ever be, potentially, is in your mid thirties. If you exercise and eat right etc etc your muscles have retained enough muscle memory strength tied in with strength from exercise before real tissue break down that happens starting in your 40's+.

    I'm 20 (21 in march) and have never broken a bone and I've done some really stupid stuff where I should've gotten more hurt then I did. Really not planning on breaking anything soon
