Hi everyone it's me again,,, it's time for a brake job on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma.
It's my daily driver , I could go with regular brakes but that seems kind of boring so I wanna do new Pads and Routers more high performance or heavy duty??? But reliable??... and affordable , website and YouTube links welcomed thanks .
My rear are still drums ..... so any information would be greatly appreciated thanks. And I'll be reading related threads on brakes for a while thanks again and good night ....

A few additions to make me feel cool.
I doubt you need to do anything to the drums. In the front get adaptive one pads from Napa and Napa rotors and call it good. Will take you less than an hour and you will be good to go.

    Drive hard?
Glazed rotors? (Incorrectly referred to as warped).

    Worried about dust?

Rears are most likely fine... im at 90k and they are fine.

Im on ebc stage 5, but ymmv and if ur worried about dust, get a diff pad.
also upgrade to ss braided lines.

Then if u really want to stop, wire in an abs killswitch

Get Ceramic pads for the front, adjust the rear drums, you'll be back in business.

Rockauto.com has pretty good prices and good customer service. that's where I went to get new pads and rotors. don't go fancy. you wont notice too much of a difference. I do second the ceramic pads though. If your abs kicks in when you slam on brakes, then theres not much use in getting "better" brakes. itll still only apply enough force to get the abs kicking in, then its all about the computer.

am-autoparts has rotors and ceramic pads (which are oem style) for less than $100

If you go with ceramic pads make sure that you bed them in.
