Mike here in Edwardsville near Saint Louis, New to the forums. I have a white 2008 access cab lifted, not sure how much, bought it used and love it.
Right now looking for new or used 17" tires and maybe wheels if anyone has anything . Also interested in the next get together. mine has 255 75 17's on it, is that unusual or a stock tire size? mike

    Hey Mike,
I just hopped on here too. I'll keep an eye out for tires. Do know of any but haven't been looking. The stock tire that came on the trd Sport is 265/65/17. So you have taller and narrower tires now. You see all kinds of combinations out there. You usually have less mods (fender trimming, cmc) with a taller narrow tire vs taller and wider.

Most everything that needed to be installed at todays mod day was installed for the people who turned up. Sadly one upgrade looked to be poorly labeled and documented by the manufacturer so we stopped before we did something wrong so it can be researched more. I followed Randy out to the state highway and everything was looking good but I think the flapping of the box lids and the new feel of the truck had him a little sketched out.

I had a great time today. I enjoyed making some new friends as well as getting to hang out with some older friends. For the next mod day we will make sure that there is a bit more advanced notice to hopefully help everyone to be able to work it into their schedule.

OK so here's the deal, The hood struts I received from my secret santa were purchased for a 05 - 15 Tacoma. Good news is one of my family members ALSO bought me a redline tuning hood strut set this time for a 2016+. So before I try to return one of these hood strut sets, does anyone here want my 05 - 15 kit. I'll sell them for $85. Online MSRP is $90. BRAND NEW

Did they show you the problem? I have a heap of medical stuff being scheduled tomorrow so afterwards I'll be able to know when I can open the shop if you need it.
