I think all of us just have him ship it out, and we go pick it up at the shipping company... never had anything delivered straight to our door....

 

Just what he asked. Wish I had ordered them further back.. could have picked them up in California when I was living there for a year.

 

When I ordered mine. He told me $300. It would be cheaper if I split the shipping with more orders. No choices in shipping. I got it in 2 days UPS to the store . UPS guy wasn't happy though.

 

I bet this was you while you see the UPS guy dragging your box up the driveway.

What are some good lower profile all terrains?

They are sitting at Mekala waiting for powder... When I get them back I'm looking to put some gnarly treaded, DOT approved, low profile A/T's...
Thinking about 275/55R18... Any input?
The closest I can can get with duratracs is 265/60R18
That will give almost the same amount of sidewall as the 275/55R18... 6.3" on the 265 vs 6.0" on the 275
Found an even better size that gives a couple choices... 255/55R18
Then I could rock some general Grabber at2 or BFG AT K02

Yokohama Geolander ATS can be had in 225/55r18

 

The wheel set I have on now should be 30.1, I'm trying to go just below that... Little more wheel, little less sidewall, but lots more rubber haha if that makes any sense. If I got with the 255/55 that puts me at 29.0 which should look good after i stick my last inch of lift on. If I ran the 225/55 I would think that was excessive? Do you know where I can find a setup like that in a photo? I would like to see it somewhere... That sounds like a good amount of stretch as well.. I would like a size like that but I would need to see it first haha

random question: did any of you guys end up buying that Maxtrax copy off kickstarter? I think it was around a year ago, and was supposed to be shipped at the beginning of this year? I forget what it was called though... just randomly remembered that and wanted to see how they were.
