Possibly. Guess we'll never know. Should be interesting if they meet in the playoffs though. No Gronk and we would have Big Ben healthy to play this time.

OR you could invite a bunch of strangers you met on the internet and tell them they can go into Fenway to have some drinks!

Yeah and with Bell running like a beast lately, makes for a dangerous duo. I personally like the internet strangers getting drunk for free too.

Okay slight rant here....I need opinions on how to handle this because I felt it was very unprofessional and sloppy for a dealership. So took the truck in yesterday for some minor work (oil, tire rotation and alignment) there was a special package with all of that so I went for it since I needed the work done. After taking the truck home after the work was done, I noticed an awful either rattling noise or something from a belt. So, I got home and popped the hood open and found a Sobe (the drink) bottle propped on what appeared to be my water pump hose under where the oil filter gets placed (whatever that housing is called). It was left with used oil inside, apparently to catch whatever drippings fall when the filter is replaced. So I called the dealership to complain and the Rep. that I talked to felt the same way as I did, but I want an opinion from people outside the situation. Should I push for some free service or something since that was sloppy work to just leave it in there? If I should push for some service, what do you think would be reasonable? Or am I just being too much of an ass? lol

You have to do what you feel is best. Provided there wasn't any damage - For me, a call into a manager to let them know of the problem would be enough. I'm not a fan of going to the dealer to start with so I, personally, wouldn't care if they gave me any free services.

    Edited: I can't spell

X2 but it's because I do all my own service to my vehicles. If I was one to have/need to have it serviced by the dealership than I might want something but for me it's mostly just to let them know and talk to the tech to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I went to the dealership a month or so ago and they cheated me out of a free wash and vacuum. They told me they would do it, and they didn't do it. So I left a bad review and they made it right. It's a business transaction. If you aren't satisfied you should talk to them. If they won't make it right, leave a review so others know what happens there.

If I were in your shoes I'd at least leave a review, probably not much else. But you could ask for a tech to look things over and make sure nothing else is awry, or if you feel you need compensation, ask for a free wash.

If any oil splashed around or somehow it made a mess, I would ask them to clean it. Otherwise, if it was just a bottle hanging there and no real issues, I would let the manager know and leave it there. You can raise a stink if you want and try to get more; I just know from personal experiences that I hate that type of person. Make it right if there was damage or any mess, or just let someone know it happened so it doesn't have the potential to cause someone else damage in the future.
