    When I swapped my corner light I had to plug and unplug a few times before they worked. I think it's just a sensitive connection

    A small handful of select mods.
    Are you replacing it with an LED or same factory bulb? Sometimes LEDS can be directional so you have to turn the connection around to get it to work.
