I got a quote on Katzkin from an installer here in Austin. Black with grey stitching was $1174 + tax. Same leather with heaters/coolers was $2674 + tax.

Yeah, that was my initial impression too. Just working out the "wants vs. needs" still. Sometimes you just have to buy what you want.

And I might even go drive a Canyon Denali diesel just to see how it feels, but I honestly don't trust the long term reliability of those trucks yet. Plus the Tacoma looks 1000% better than either of the GM mid sizers IMHO. Thanks for the input.

There are used 2015 pros out there, but pretty rare. I doubt anyone who has one is looking to sell them, atleast now.

You can get a Pro for less than 45K OTD. Just have to find a dealer that doesn't tack on all the extra crap and charge you sticker for those because they can. I found one that was a couple hours away but got it for less than msrp and was about the same as a TRD Sport loaded up.

That's what I was hoping. I would travel to get one and I'm actually ok with any of the colors so I feel like I could find one at that price when I'm ready. Thanks!

Yes, most aren't listed as PRO under cars.com, just regular tacoma, you have to search. I looked at on in MD 3 weeks ago, 13k miles 2015 for $31283.

yeah, i got mine for 41,300 (MT). but it also took over 3 months to get, mostly due to the MT (worth it!!!). i also negotiated the deal before all the hype, so it may be more tricky to get this price unless you have a connection, just speculating.

Get the limited, we need some diversity on the forum. If the ride is too bumpy, get some 16" wheels and bilsteins. I'm sure you can find those easily on here.

It's more that I feel like I should drive an alternative, even if it's just for comparison's sake. For the sake of this forum I promise I won't buy it... even though my a$$ would appreciate the cooled seats!

    Drive a 16 Frontier
It will make you feel better about buying the Pro

Whatever you do, DO NOT drive a Raptor; we may lose you as a member :(

One conclusion I've reached so far about this forum in the short time I've been here is that I would not want to be the only person defending an opinion on any particular issue... like buying a Limited. If I do it I will probably melt back into the wallpaper.:anonymous:

Jeez ...I've got my eye on the Pro too but for $45K you can get a fully loaded Ram Outdoorsman. Not that I'd get that but $45K buys a lot of truck.
