Not sure about project management but from what I've learned from my management class it's a lot of common sense, team building, being a team player and not a boss but a "friend" while still making sure everyone does their job in short.

The peep sight definitely takes a little getting used to but once you figure it out, it's a pretty damn simple long range tool.

He couldn't quite figure out the open sights but once he got behind the one with the scope, the targets had no place to hide. Ruger 10/22 with 3-9xscope.

I almost got myself a free steel front bumper tonight courtesy of some dumb ass in a mini van who doesn't know how to make a right hand turn and stay in their designated turn lanes.

 

More obvious for people to see me in when I'm blasting through dust clouds, and a great way to annoy tail gaters

Ya if it was my rear bumper I probably would have but I didn't know how much of the hood and side of the truck the idiot would have hit. If I knew for sure it was bumper only then I that would have been fine. Hello overland full size bumper!
