Separate fuse box for accessories?

Hey all, I'm fairly new to the world of wiring and had a couple questions. I don't have a Tacoma yet (not in the cards financially right now) but I wanted to research and plan ahead for when I do.

Would it be possible to install a secondary fuse box to wire accessories up to and then run that onto the main/auxiliary battery? I'd be looking at a couple light bars (small ones, biggest being ~28") and some small rock lights underneath the truck, front and rear lockers, Wet Okole seat covers with their seat heaters, a CB radio, and maybe the DIY heated mirrors mod. I'm a bit of neat freak when it comes to running cables/hoses on bikes (I work at a bike shop) and would like to keep it neat in the truck too.
