TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) Can apply to anything, but in this case I think you are refering to the TSB for the leaf springs. The dealer will add and extra leaf to your pack. Let me know if you have questions about lifts.

Technical Service bulletin. Basically something toyota sends out to dealers to help in identifying common complaints from customers. Examples include weak leaf springs, fan clicking, tailgate bending too easy, etc.

Ya AAL stands for Add-a-Leaf, they are in the rear of the vehicle. and yes u can get an AAL to lift the rear of you tacoma. they are plenty of other ways you can lift the rear of your vehicle also. New springs(may require new shocks just depending on how high you want to go), AAL(this is wat i have, deaver AAL's, good quality and still have the stock shocks) and also you can get blocks. hope this was helpful!

Yeah I called toyta about the real leaf springs and they said they have to make sure nothign else is wrong first before they go by the TSB. I tried to tell them I did the research and they just need to put another leaf in it. I am trying to get a free 1 inch lift so it will level out when I put my 5100's all the way around
