    I did go up to 170 for a few months. I was in Scotland for 2 months, I had fish and chips with a pint everyday. Lost it shortly after coming back to the states.

    I weighed 155 in school 6'2 and I'm currently sitting somewhere around 175 but when my wife was pregnant she would eat less than half her plates and get up to puke so I almost always ate twice as much as usual and got up to about 185 and I legitimately put more weight on than my wife did. (I started out just under 170 when she was pregnant)

    I weighed 150 my entire life.....Until now lol.

    Im tipping the scales at 230lbs and feel like a pile of shit.

    Jan 1st I am getting back on my dieting and exercise. NO EXCUSES
