    Yes I did run the kings.
    Yes I could tell the difference, I only set like 1in on lift on those kings.
    Per UPS website, shipping is $30-$40, I would have to weigh them and measure the box to get exact cost.
    I don't know the exact milage on the setup.
    I will try to find the date of purchase.
    I bought these new from Wheelers off road.
    The king springs were bought used from another member from the forums.
