Massage therapy is nice, but getting to the point where it is needed sucks too.

I'd have to disagree. I've PTed for loose ankle ligaments as well as coming back from shoulder surgery and both times I looked forward to it and enjoyed the sessions:muscleflexing: then again I'm fucking weird and like marching up mountains carrying a bag full of rocks:laugh:

Getting old suck. Broke L1 thru 5 lumbar vertebrae, arm and enormous ankle sprains. I do have to say going to the gym and keeping active is big key. Body in motion stays in motion.

My ponies get extra alfalfa and regular grass hay, are blanketed full time, sometimes with multiple blankets, plus beet pulp made up with hot water, and if the snow is deep, free access all day long to their stalls, plus I pull the snow blower out to blow some pathways in the pasture.

I've broken both a collar bone and the head of my ulna and I've had stitches numerous times, all in my head. Those were all under the age of 13. I've just gotten lucky since then. Especially with my dirt bike out in the dunes. On the bright side, my wife is a PT so she can fix me when I break ;) haha

Our temp has been a roller coaster. Some days are near 0 and some are near 40 these last few.

    I do enjoy my garage!

Are you looking to buy a house in the area soon?
