If I didn't already have mine mounted I'd think about doing just that! But it was such a "B" to get it on there's no way I'm gonna try to take it off again! And spraying it on the truck is a no-go! Let us know how it holds up!

I talked to a guy on here that did the same thing. He said it's holding up really well after 7 months. If you ever have a problem. Just block the truck with a piece of cardboard. And give it a quick little spray.

Yeah, I know about the one bolt. I just put it on and it took several serious blows with a rubber mallet it get that small clamp end over the Bell end of the exhaust pipe! I can imagine the fun getting it back off! I'll live with it for now and revisit in the future! :>)

    Me in the driver seat.
I'm wiring my new ditch lights and have built a relay box that I want to mount on the driver side of the engine bay. Does anyone know the size of bolt I need for those pre drilled holes?

They're M8 bolts. I just mounted my Pelfrebuilt fuse panel there and that's what size it was!

Lucky you! Mine was so tight I actually stopped and asked the guy I bought it from if his tail pipe was the same shape as mine. He assured me it was and said it was a bear to remove, so I went ahead and hammered it home with a rubber mallet. Looks good as is, and I'm not in the mood to try and remove it anytime soon! :>)

No, it's the right one. I assume since it had been mounted on another truck already the Clamp end was compressed which made it so hard to get it on. I'm sure I would be able to get it off and back on but just don't want to do the work right now. I've got a couple other projects in the works already on my TACO! :>)

Right now I'm changing out the Bed decals with matte Black versions. The Decals on the MGM are white and grey and didn't look right to me. I've already removed the old and waiting for time to install the new. Then I've got LED Bed lights to install, and I have Leather covers from Clazzio on order!

Ha, ha! If I was still in Wisconsin I'd do the same but I'm in Florida now! No need for heated seats down here! I saved a bundle as well as I have an access cab so only the Front seats!
