I try and do ~15 mins of cardio and weightlifting 3-5 times a week (usually in the bedroom but sometimes in the bathroom, kitchen, hallway, living room, or laundry room)... running is for people who are either out of bullets and/or have bad aim

 

that's the light at the end of this tunnel.
