    Who got an idea for Christmas gifts for a 3-4 year old boy and a 5-6 year old girl? I don't have kids, never had kids, don't know many friends with kids... can I just say I hate kids? Ok, I don't hate them, I just am about as anti-kid as you can get. The parents are super liberal, rich west coasters and I'm at a loss here.

    I can only offer advice for the boy, unfortunately. I don't have any nieces, just tons and tons of nephews. Do they have a sandbox or anything like that? Tonka diggers or something of that nature are always a good choice if they've got a dirt pile to play in.
