    Thanks for the feedback. I should mention that I am paying someone to do this, so I will pose your suggestion to him.

    At the top I am planning to run an aluminum rail. So, this will lessen the weight. The whole plan is to make this setup modular so that I dont have to weld and remove whenever not needed

    I did design a wind deflector too and it is ready.

    Time wise, it is getting tight. Things are crazy at work, trying my best before I take leave.

    Thanks, Its the trailGear kit (for what ill ever get time to do with the truck its fine for me) they make it fairly idiot proof. The rear axle still needs the diff angle set and outer brackets set in permanent spot. I switched to a 80's IFS 4 runner axle
