Earthquakes here are a normal daily occurrence here in Calif and a 3.9 magnitude is just a hello remember me style quake we get daily here

I've been thru some very strong quakes in my area and the strongest so far was the Landers / Big Bear Earthquakes of June 1992 . at 0500 hrs there was a very strong and powerful quake that registered 7.3 that did considerable damage to the town of Landers , 29 palms and surrounding areas

About 3 hrs later that morning Big Bear lake had a 6.2 quake that did a lot of damage . Not only were those quakes strong , I live less than a 1/4 mile from a large uplift of the San Andreas and on the Pacific plate side of the fault

Over the last 10 years I've had earthquakes in my area and the epicenter not more than a 1/4 mile away . some have been as strong as 5.8 /5.9 Magnitude and these are very strong hard hitting not like the typical quakes seen in the LA Basin area

Call me crazy, but for some reason I prefer the threat of an earthquake to hurricanes and/or tornadoes. :der: :notsure:

Its so funny when I go to my local Toyota Dealer which is Toyota of San Bernardino . Today was no exception I went there to go to the parts dept and when I parked there I had service writers and salesman commenting on how clean my truck is

I get question like how many miles on it and I say 58k and I'm the 2nd owner and know the original owner very well . Or they ask to look at it and they say it looks almost brand new . one even asked to look under the hood and his jaw dropped instantly when he saw the Dealer installed TRD supercharger , K& N FIPK or CAI and. The Doug Thorley header

Even today lot runners , service advisors and a couple salesman all commented on my Tacoma . I might try and see what they will give me for my truck and to get into another newer truck

I'm waiting for the comment , you've found your unicorn LOL!!

Tired. Just wolfed down a rare 1 1/4" steak and a bottle of water. Ready to get horizontal in the recliner...if only I could teach my dogs to take my boots off me...
