So the question still remains is will I get a vibration with only 5/8 of an inch of lift ? ;)

So the Alcan pack is already installed? If so I'd suggest just having them re arched to get the desired additional height. I did not get any vibes from my 1.5" 3aal.

I wouldn't think so, had no vibrations when I had my 1.5" Deaver AAL, and have none with the Dakars now.

    On my 2008 4x4, I installed OME 884 on 5100s and a 1.5" Wheeler's AAL and I have no vibrations at all.

EDIT: 5100s in the rear, too.

Thank you guys for all your help. One more question . Which is a better option in blocks, the T-6 solid aluminum or the figure 8 steel block ?

We have the OME TP04 spacer which is around .2 thich (5mm to be exact). This can help trim the rear especially for those who notice a slight lean to the drivers side. As far as a 5/8 spacer I don't know of one with that exact dimension. I have senn 1/2" flat shims and then of coarse the 1" blocks. We have cast blocks since aluminum can compress over time. The block are $41.99 on their own and block and u-bolt kits are $80.00. Depending on your set up we may be able to mix and match the block and u-bolts to fit your Alcan pack.

Let me know if you have any questions! :D

A few weeks ago, I read a thread by another member on here that installed SumoSpring bump stops and said that they lifted the rear about 5/8. Something to consider if you don't need a full inch.
