Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
No light should illuminate. You would have to reprogram them every time you rotated.

On my TPMS tool at work, there is an option to service the sensors with 5 wheels for my year truck. You think if I programmed the blank sensor and reset system with five wheels, it would work?

Can you reset the system with five wheels? It's dependent on the TPMS ECU. Try it and see. It will either work or won't work.

There is the option on the TPMS tool for my year for either 4 or 5 wheels, so I think it should work but I'd rather not spend $60 on something that won't work.

Guess there's only one way to figure out though I guess.
