    Brett!

How did you fasten the rubber sheeting to the body when you did this? Thanks!

I still have most of the inner plastic left, so it's just tucked behind that and the edge of the fender flare.

Thanks, fellas! You guys kick ass.

I ended up grabbing some of this at Walmart while I was picking up a few things:
    IMG_3318.jpg
They had the Flex Seal stuff, but this was a bit cheaper. We'll see how it all ends up. I'm still planning on doing bedliner over ALL OF THE THINGS, so this will be a good second layer of defense between that and the seam sealer.

    Nice!

Sadly, I have no more inner plastic left, but I could try to salvage as much as possible and then bridge the gaps with the rubber sheeting I got. Hmm...

Glad you're digging the ST Maxxs, by the way! I freaking love mine.

    Rob!

What's up with this leak you're referring to?! I vaguely remember you mentioning something in your build thread.

Sup Jason, The last few rainfalls we had here my truck sitting stationary outside was getting some soaked floorboards on both passenger and driver. Nothing to serious, just annying. I already traced it to the inner tub welds, now I just need to find the time to grind away the seam seal and redo it.

I've got something similar on my passenger side. Gotta spray the fuck out of it with some flex seal or something this spring when it warms up a bit.

Damn, fellas. That's a shitty deal. I really really want to make sure that I do whatever I can to avoid that. I fucking hate the smell of mildew. I hope you guys get yours squared away!

Haha thats pretty much my plan. Its in the garage drying out right now. Then Im going to grind away the sealant thats not doing anything and re-inject seam seal into every nook I can see. Then coat it over with some spray rubber sealant inside and out

From the looks of it yours should hold alot better than mine did. But time will tell. Im renting a steam cleaner after its fixed and Im gunna deep scrub the whole interior, than smell drives me nuts

I'm definitely steam cleaning my entire cab once this is all said and done. Between all of the grinder dust, dirt, mud sediment and cigarette smoke (I quit three weeks ago! :headbang:), it needs it.

It's gonna be a few weeks before the front gets mounted up. Gotta do some cutting and welding for that. But the rear is gonna go on ASAP!

Oh I thought the 2001-2004 didn't need the frame cap "mod" for bumper install....maybe that's just with AllPro. I had to do the cut and weld the end cap mount for mine......stoked for you though, truck is coming along NICELY!!!!
