Thanks. I hope they will. The only time they have ever been used it decides to crack. My kinda luck.

We were keeping it on the DL until we made sure it was going to happen. I honestly didn't expect things to move along this fast, but since the frame is 2/3 of the way done, it was time to share the progress!

The clam gives you a high peak that allows you to stand up. I was really close to buying a Habitat, but Like an RTT in rain and snow, when you pack it up it traps all that inside of the shell when closed. Even if the fabric doesn't leak, I didn't think it would good for four season camping. This way rain, snow or shine, I just climb in the camper, pop the top, extend the bed and I am set up for camp. If the weather is really bad I can cook and everything inside the camper. But at the same time it's light and offroad capable.

that makes perfect sense and corrects my only complaint about the RTT is when it gets wet and time to pack up it gets trapped inside
i just took my tent apart and washed it (wasn't to bad a little tricky getting it back together but I did it)
    im so excited

im drunk!!! what is scrub radius? i know my 285s rub a little on the frame very little at full lock and stuffed. now just throwing on a 315 with 4.5 bs it looks like there will be a lot more rubbing at full lock and stuff but for normal driving it might work. Im on the fence to do it but i still want it to be drive able. i know its not really a comparison to a LT set up. so

    stuff
Haha I had to look it up earlier. Posting what I understand, but I'm sure I'll get schooled...

It's the difference between the alignment of the UBJ and LBJ vs the center contact patch of the tire. The farther the center of tire is outside of Bj alignment (positive scrub radius) the more steering effort required due to the dragging of that part of the tire. Negative scrub radius spins the tire without dragging through turns.

    I think...

Oh I wasn't saying that for pity haha. I've snuck off and had some brews when I can. and No way man, always gotta take care of joe! Once we are settled in the house, I'll have a bbq or something. turns out my neighbors are all into shooting, building shit, trucks, and making moonshine. Sounds like a GREAT neighborhood for a mod day haha
