    I like my truck quiet and stealthy (aside from the squeaky dakars that I need to take care of), but that magnaflow should sound pretty good on your rig.

    Edit: I put a magnaflow on my old GMC with a 6.0 several years back and it sounds badass

    Squeaky Dakars are so annoying!!!

    They come and go on my truck. Need to fix them, but have not gotten around to doing it yet.

    Yea, I think I am going to get some Christmas money and get that muffler and have a shop install it and put a turn down on it. Should sound pretty nice I think!

    Do it!

    Thought about doing to Magnaflow group buy and doing the Pro exhaust they had that did the turn down. But the price for the actual amount of parts to replace was a little ridiculous. So thought I would just do the muffler and have a shop put a turn down on it.

    For sure, the turndown shouldnt cost more than $40. Have them cut it where you can retain the last hangar...thats what i did and its solid and cant even seen it.

    Looks so much cleaner without the pipe hanging out the side of the truck!

    I cut mine right after the axle, so before that last hanger.

    Am wanting to do a turn down right at the muffler so it does not even go over the axle anymore.

    Yea, had a couple neighbors comment on it.... sucked when I would wake up at like 5am in the morning or late at night and it hadn't been started in a while.
