    Hey guys,
My 08 DC/SB didn't come with a factory roof rack and i have a whitewater kayak, a canoe, and a tandem kayak. I'm trying to find the best ways to haul these over sized item, just short of fabricating a new one. If youve got a rack or made one, and if you've got to cents and maybe some pictures (thats ALWAYS helpful). Please throw em in!

11ft and a 12 ft kayak, we just throw in the bed. But I have 2 additional D-rings in the front of the bed floor to hold the noses down. Yea they stick out a bit, but it works fine. As for a canoe, only carried one once, with the 'padded' roof setup. Not pretty, but no scratches.

Search away, think there are some other posts about racks.

I use J-Hulls on my Thule rack & can fit a 3rd kayak/canoe b/w the attachments leaving the bed open for other gear.

the wife and I do a fair amount of camping and canoeing, and with my 01 DC it had a cap so throwing the canoe on top with those soft pads worked like a charm for cheap. Now my new to me 07 doesn't have a cap so I have search around and found this:
