I just picked up All Pro's rear tube bumper and receiver hitch with installation plates. Anyone have photos of their installation? Or a link to their build with these? I'm sure I can figure it out once I crawl under but even a couple photos would be nice ahead of time. All Pro does not have any instructions or exploded view sketch.

I've searched all over the place but have not found anything.

I think it's just like 4 bolts and it mounts up exactly to the holes from your factory bumper.

X3 I have this bumper installed. It's pretty straight forward. Just unbolt the stock one and the ap goes up to the same holes. Helps to have some jack stands and a extra set of hands to help adjust for the bolt holes and alignment.

Do you have a factory receiver hitch? I've always wondered if this bumper would allow you to keep it on.

So I wondered this as well. Did some research and all pro and others who did have one state it will not "fit". For this reason all pro sells there hitch and brackets that is compatible with there bumper. I would be curious to know why the stock one will not be compatible fit wise.

Could be. But again I am just curious as to why exactly the stock one will not work. I sold mine(hitch) right before I received my all pro bumper so I was not able to find out.

From what I just googled, the All-Pro bumper would cover the factory hitch receiver, so you'd have to remove your licence plate each time you wanted to tow. Or you could buy their hitch receiver and drop mounting kit so that it sits lower.

I also wonder if you could use their hitch receiver drop kit with the factory hitch receiver.

Maybe we can get @allpro in here to help.

I'm planning on getting the APEX front bumper and their rear bumper in the next couple months, so I'm curious, too.

Wonder if you bought a flip-up plate bracket if that would work with the stock style hitch so to not remove the plate everytime.

I guess I wasn't clear on the question. The bumper is straightforward but the receiver plates have an offset bend and I'm wondering which way they get oriented. It will probably be obvious when the time comes but I like to have this stuff figured out ahead of time.

Sorry college has been keeping me busy so I never saw this. If I don't have another picture I can take one in the morning.

We offer a hitch because the stock hitch does not work with our bumper. Our bumper is a high clearance design so the factory hitch would just hang down and be unsightly, in our opinion. Most of our customers that run a license plate with their hitch, run a flip down bracket. We don't do it to force you to buy our products.

More than I can shake a stick at...
Relentless Defender with D2 cut-out's, light bar mounting tabs and LED button turn signals. If you go with this bumper have a plan to remote mount the solenoid for your winch. I have a Superwinch TS 11.5S in mine but there wasn't much room for anything else.

Relentless rear plate with flush mount light cut-out's, swing out tire carrier and Rotopax mounting plate, I didn't opt for the wrap around option. IMG_20161215_103819810_LI.jpg
