Differences between trd sport and trd offroad

Get the manual! Crawl control is absolute trash!

 

i went into toyota in march looking for an offroad.. after a few minutes i was told that in canada the off road isnt offered in a double cab and i could only get the access cab...
i didnt care about having the short or long box but i needed a double cab.
so that is why i bought my sport and im sure thats why 99 percent of canadians ended up with a sport in 2016
i should have waited until 2017 because now we have the offroad in a doublecab...

The OR looks better than the Sport.

The hood scoop adds 15 hp!

How much HP is needed to combat the additional drag?

 

I was wondering about that, I would think that it has been designed to not increase drag that much. I wonder if there are any wind tunnel vids.

I wasn't lighting anything, I was just explaining why I got a sport.
I understand why some get the OR,

 

MPG is even worse with the hood up. And way harder to see.

 

I have no issue seeing with my scoop. and of course MPGs will be worse with the hood up

 

Be like the cool kids, and leave your hood at home, and drive it hoodless. More engine cooling that way
