I'm also glad it worked out for you and believe me, I'm all for what is right. But, people hit potholes everyday. You can't blame a dealer for not replacing a damaged part just because someone said they didn't do anything when they see damage. I'm fairly certain in post #13 you said "no pic, I understand it happens but said spindle/knuckle is bent cuz of it hitting something" which is why I posted what I posted.
FWIW, I'd steer clear of a dealer that told me I had something wrong and wanted to charge me then turned around and said all is fine when I questioned them.

yea I know hitting stuff happens but when I know I don't drive off road and try to avoid anything in road, and know nothing was wrong with truck at all when I dropped it off. it was very much fishy. and once I called them and asked for a picture and all that, it some how was just fine. they are a pain but biggest dealer we have around here. next time I am going the extra 20 miles to the other 2 Toyotas for maintenance.

I even took photos when I got the truck picked up and asked where did they see it was cracked and bent. no answer was given

well it was BS, cuz nothing was wrong. their laser alignment machine was messed up.

I would contact Toyota and voice your dissatisfaction and let them know what the dealership tried to pull on you. I'd also have a little talk with the owner of the dealership and/or maybe a bad Yelp review. They seem to jump when something bad gets posted there.

I would still file a complaint with Toyota. Sounds like they were trying to get money out of you and you called their bluff. Wonder how many people they have actually succeeded in conning
