It wasn't faster while it was parked on the side of the road while you were borrowing my tools and teflon tape to fix it. :brianr:

    HAHA

    true :p :anonymous:

Also, i edited my above post..think you may have missed it.

And all kidding aside, yes my rear setup is not how i want it. But i have it mapped out...just no money.

But I have riden in a couple rigs that are SOA mid travel like setup with valved shocks and..they haul ass. Plenty fast. Any faster and I'd want a cage..hell really I should have a cage now. Point it. time spent getting the shocks to do their job even with SOA, it can be pretty awesome.

It's more likely I rearch/rebuild my packs again, finagle 12s in there and hydros, and call it good.

In the meantime, I'll dream of a LT rear. Going fast is fun.

Thanks for the kickass reply, Monte! I'm glad y'all let me run this stuff by you. There's certainly a lot to learn.

The first post is looking good, bud. Really like the "Notable Trips" list you have going. I need to start linking mine to photos and doing a better job documenting.

Thanks Austin! I've tried to keep up on it.

I'm a little disappointed, however, that the notable trips section didn't amass quite like it did last year.

Work tends to disrupt off roading ambitions, unfortunately. I managed to make it out a fair amount this year (and that's not saying much). I'm looking forward to longer, out of state trips in 2017. I may not get out as often, but when I do it will certainly be for a longer duration. I'd like to make a Canada/West Coast trip late spring/early summer.

Adulthood screws that up for the most part. Wait until you find a girl. Or significant other, not assigning anything here.

Doesn't help that all my wheeling friends are adulting way more than me and getting married and having kids.

Deciding what I want to do for a spring UT expo-ish trip now that RT will be in the fall. Hard to get away when I can only take a week of work off at a time.

Yeah being an adult does take away from personal fun stuff. My 20th anniversary is coming up this fall. So no RT for me this year. I'll be in Jamaica.

Id be curious to see the areas we did, or some of them, in the spring. Mostly because i think spring run off would make everything very...well..interesting or completely undoable.

Also, im not adulting that hard

But i also don't have a rig for hard trails..:anonymous:
