With $100 deductible and my rates just dropped 50% I can afford for the rates to go up a bit, hopefully not higher than they where.

$100 deductible is nutty low unless you're driving like a maniac and expecting to be paying it often... You could probably raise it to $250 or $500 and offset the rise in your premium from making the claim.

For an adult with a steady income (I don't know how old you are or your financial status) a deductible of $250 or $500 is still low.

I was thinking up off Snoqualmie pass. Darrington is an option though.

 

I really want to blow off getting the shop prepped for the lift and doing brakes on the dumptruck.

Ah ok but I only "rinse" after the Yeti is 1/2 covered in mud/dirt and then it gets a thorough $20 pressure wash from the place behind King and Bunny on 900

To all of you about to go on a snow run, I had 6 inches total from yesterday to this morning when I left for work. I didn't use 4wd until I was helping a co-worker get his FWD Lincoln out of a parking lot.

 

Should have called Matthew McConaughey to come pull out that sorry-a$$ Lincoln as he "markets" the $hit out of them, touting them with the impression of "the sophisticated gentlemen's vehicle". How's that sophisticated hunk o' shizznit work on the end of a tow strap?!?

 

Damn...I have to back out, I have way to much on my plate to get done before Christmas to be able to go. It's killing me not being able to go!

Some advice please...

Where is the best place/vendor to get MOLLE panels (Combination Velcro and loop) from?
I checked out SmittyBuilt but they don't have much selection.

I'm thinking about taking out the back useless kid seats in my Xtra cab and putting a couple big panels on the back wall of the cab.

 

Got some new shoes today

 

I've been running those for about 2 weeks now and haven't had complaints. They ride smooth and quiet, and deal with snow very well. Not as awesome on ice, but not much is for all season tires.

 

Yeah I've heard good things about them.
