No, but I know if someone built a quality steel bumper for $750 or a little less shipped, they would rake in money QUICK!

You would make no money on a bumper built in the US that was 750$ with free shipping as a business owner. That's why these particular bumpers come from China, no labor laws, no minimum wage etc etc.

How's that? Bumpers aren't exactly paper towels. It's a want not a need for the consumers and small businesses are struggling as it is with all the regulations etc etc etc. it's how these guys make a living and frankly they aren't getting a break from shipping companies in the least so why should they absorb the $200 dollar cost? Seems unfair :notsure:

Other than these bumpers being a copied design...I'm hearing the go ahead that this is a good purchase for someone not wanting to spend more than $1k for an assembled front plate bumper

Really hoped I could get some honest feedback pertaining to what I first posted from people who actually bought it, installed it, and know if it's good or bad.

I have it, and I like how it looks, and all that stuff. I off-road fairly often, and it's held up great. no cracks or anything. The finish is exactly the same as when I first bought it used.

Good to know. Have you used the recovery points yet? Does it really weigh 160lbs like TexasInfidel said?

I have no idea what it weighs, but 1 person could put it on. Not as easily as when you have 2 people. I picked it up and walked it to my truck for reference

I was able to find the Chinese manufacturer, or at least the wholesale/distribution division and within the last week or so they have removed the front and rear bumpers from their Alibaba storefront site. I haven't contacted them yet but, if they are still available, I plan on ordering front and rears direct from them and see if they are worth it or not. I'm already in talks with some companies regarding UCAs as well as some lighting components. Wish me luck.

Don't ever order from Alibaba or AliDirect or whatever the hell they're called!
Tried to get a motherboard for a laptop at work, those sites were the only place that carried them, and it wasn't a good deal! Took 2 months to ship and my CEO (owner of the laptop) was tired of waiting for Chinese shit. Thank goodness we got the money back!

I have ordered from them a couple times. I usually get my stuff in 7-10 days. A lot of it depends on who you're ordering from, what you're ordering and how much you pay for shipping. I typically order samples with the intent to make a full order after thoroughly testing the sample. I'm ordering a couple samples today/tomorrow and paying $40 for 3 day shipping.

I haven't had an opportunity to contact them. I plan on ordering the bumpers, testing, and I'm going to try to set up a group buy (assuming they are worth it).

If it's the same as the OP's links, those that already bought it say they're legit.

The ones I found use the same pictures in their Alibaba ads that the "Body Armor" ones use. Same red Tacoma, in the pictures you can see their roof rack monstrosity as well. I'll try to find pictures after work.
