He's a character. Him and our smallest dog sleep in the recliner on my wife's lap all the time at the same time. But he really thinks he's a lap dog. We have a 6' couch and, when he stretches out, he takes almost the entire couch and then curls up onto one 24" wide pad.

We have 3 all within a year in age of each other so it'll be rough when it happens.

My wife said it's raining outside...and it wasn't even forecasted. How can you screw up a weather forecast in the desert?

You and I both... Looking at both of my Tollers sleeping right now. I don't let them on the furniture, well for the most part :) They sleep on their backs with all 4 legs in the air it is a common trait for them.

The youngest when I first brought him home. Back then I could wear his little ass out. Get up at 5 and throw for him until 6 no matter what the temps or weather. Do obedience drills too, he needs a job and discipline even if he acts like he doesn't.

The old man used to have a stuffed animal for years which was my oldest sons almost 30 years ago. Only stuffed toy that he didn't destroy, would put it in his mouth and lights out go to sleep. Which was great camping and in tight quarters like a tent.

The pup got a hold of it and tore it up. Feel sorry for the old guy but he seems to be OK sleeping on his back now. Blessed to have him around this long, it has been a struggle and not keeping him around past the point I should, learned that lesson before. But be damned if I will pull the plug before I have to.

I figured out years ago that weather guesser is the best job out there. Screw up and you can still go to work in the morning. WTH?

    Glad you're home safe Kev.

And thanks, this post literally made me step out in garage and check the meat freezer. If it fails me right now I'll be pissed off and miserable 'til Summer.

You ever watch a show you know you should turn off, but just have to watch until they reveal the answer?:anonymous:
