I have the Iggy switch panel so I'm going to stick with that for now.

I pretty much followed this to a tee.

 

@Tatts521 well I could have used the ugly panel but I liked the idea of overhead switches. Those are all relayed too, it's not necessary, but once I get something that has a big draw it'll be easy to add right on

Aren't you scared to scratch your wheels..

My CB is on my blue sea. And I know a few people with untuned radios and have had good reception with them traveling out of state.

 

I don't mind scratches, but the deep ones that I can see from a mile away are pretty painful. I think we all tend to avoid any kind of damage when we can..

 

Like walking out to your truck parked in the street to find that someone completely took my driver side mirror off. I hate people

 

I have too many scratches to count. But I insist on taking my truck on quad trails.

I haven't run my radio antenna in a lonnng time

 

High swr damages radio and can cause a fire...

Tuning has little to do with distance so much as clarity of signal in and out... without "boosting" your radio unless you spend $500 plus you are paying for a range of max 10 miles. I frequent the local CB shop here as it is close to my house and have become friends with the guys there. Ive learned a thing or 2... they have a CB radio they can talk to people in Russia with

Was for about a month... still not really scratched but itll happen and Im not worried...

This just happened today.
I think the plastic mirror housing was so brittle from the cold and someone just brushed up against and it cracked.
My passenger side view mirror is now held together with electrical tape.

It's cause we are like the only people that works nights. I'm always awake till bout 8am

 

Ive been working split shift.. 2pm-2am. Next week, I go back to 8pm-8am

Tuesday and Friday I work 5am to 5pm Mon Thurs and sat are 4 to 4am
