looking to lift my truck... err, re-lift it.

i believe i have a fabtec 3'' lift, with 3 in body spacers.

the body lift is going to cause me problems when it comes time for a bumper and whatnot (want the ARB Bull bar)

i'm looking for a full out 6in lift. it needs to be strong... not for show. and i don't want to loose wheel travel. building a rig for the trail, not the freeway.

i'd also like to keep my current ride height (if not increase it.
    what are my options?

    a lot

to elaborate...i think i got quoted around $5000 to take my truck to my fab guy...drop it off...and pick it up sac-ed

it requires some pretty intense fab skill i think...but i know folks can do it in a weekend...and some companies even sell kits...just do research if you go this route...
