Good point. When I popped up the little cover pc below my dishwasher this morning, those fuckers had two piles of the dried dog food under there. One in the back by the wall, and one in the front by where the cover is/goes. That's what I'll go with then to get them. Get some sticky traps, stick some dog food on there, and hopefully BAM. DEATH TO THOSE FUCKERS!

 

Yea the water works better to as mice can jump out of the smaller buckets. But I was younger it was actually pretty fun for me as a kid to take the mice and release them way down by the pond.

Good way to season up a Southerner is to throw them into this weather haha...wishing I didn't move until after winter now but oh well

 

Screw the sticky traps. Get the round ones you twist to set and throw some food in there.

 

Oh well. I might pick one up regardless, to at least test out in the attic since I'm sure they are up there as well.

Round ones?! Don't think I've seen that... or maybe I have and just can't remember since I never really put much thought into this until today. They sell those are home cheapo and lowes as well?

I have never seen these before. I'm going to give them a try.

 

also put you pet food in a seal tight container. only put out the amount the pet will eat at one time. when pet is done remove any uneaten food.

 

I used the Raid ones which are similar but I don't think you can go wrong with these.

 

We defintiely keep his food in a sealed container, in the pantry, but we usually leave out the bowl that he eats out of during the day. Never had a problem, that I know of, until now... maybe it was already going on and I never noticed. or maybe it just started now, because of the cold and them trying to get to warmer places, like inside the house.

 

Gotcha. Going to Lowes after work, checking out what they have, and might just pick up a few different kinds to test out. They're not very expensive, so no big "loss" monetary wise.

That's the big thing. And yes I leave the dry bowl out all day for my cats. It probably intensified recently though to the point where they hoarded

LOL. Not a bad idea/approach to the issue.

 

In all seriousness, I just surround the regular snaptraps with glue traps. I got the one I was hearing a few weeks ago and I'm pretty good for now.
