On paper I received a good sized profit sharing bonus...
in my checking account it looks like a rat cheewed a huge hole in it

Look on the bright side you helped pay a military persons salary. Just don't think about how much you paid toward some lazy ass person's welfare check.

 

yes, that's one part of the silver lining. Sometimes i can't help but focus on the poop stains though.

 

Who knows. I'm stuck with it for another year as a work truck.

If i owned a place I'd have stuff to build, but not having that means no silly projects like that.

 

If that were the case it'd be fine. But you paid exponentially more to crooked politicians and other things literally burning money.

 

Ya you're right about both those aspsects and I am a military brat...I just feel like they don't tax the wealthy enough and hit the middle class pretty hard..

Oh yeah those ppl too. They are not even on my radar. I just think about how I bought a tank for a Marine somewhere out there with how much taxes I pay because of all the OT I work. Worth it to me. Tanks are fun I had an opportunity to ride a tank across the desert in 29 palms. One of the coolest things I've done.

 

I want to vacation in Afghanistan. My friend will be back for a few weeks (security contractor), maybe I'll hide in his luggage.

 

Well this probably still applies to Army folks these days.
