I'll take better pics once I get my driveway to myself. Also it's a cloudy overcast day outside so the Inferno color looks more on the red side than in full sunlight.

Nice rig...that red is awesome. My son has a 2017 Tundra Crew Max that's Barcelona Red, referred to as the "fire truck"

Fire truck...thats great! Barcelona red is nice. This one is Inferno orange...reminded me of Tonka truck orange. It's weird that the stuff we had as a kid affects choices as an adult.

My sister in law asked what color it was and when I told her orange, there was a long pause follwed by "why orange?" I had to explain that it is the same color of one of my favorite toys as a kid (and still have it).

Never did I set out and plan on buying an orange truck, but this Inferno color made me a little crazy in the good way.

One thing you'll find is that there's not a lot you can do to "super up" your 2.7. When I bought mine I got exactly the model, color and engine I wanted, so I've got no complaints.

That said, mine wasn't an SR5, so I've added cruise, XM to the factory radio, side bars, receiver hitch, intermittent wiper stalk, had the grill surround painted, and bought and installed a set of TRD Off-Road wheels.

See what Eon Blue meant when he said "hide your wallet?"

That is interesting. I do know that I'll want some better bumpers and maybe a tri-fold tonneau cover. I like that you listed out what you did. It helps a newbie like me figure out what other people do and what I have vs what I can add.

Sorry about the color confusion, it looks red on my crap phone. A guy on base has a orange Taco and it's nice. Like you I like orange but for the sake of marital harmony (the wife hates orange anything) I'd have to go with the red. Enjoy the truck, she's purdy!!

Thanks. I had two relatives argue over the color when my wife sent the first pics before I drove out of the garage of the dealership. It was at night under fluorescent lighting. One thought red the other thought orange. I'm sure the "red color" side thought "why the heck would anyone buy an orange truck?" When my sister in law asked "why orange?" it allowed me to recontruct how the conversation must have gone.
