I did them last time on stock suspension. Totally doable on the trails we ran but I think you can also find bigger stuff too if you want.

Red to red and black to black...

So you've been to the shittiest part of the state but you claim to know what nj smells like? That's like saying I've been to Virginia Beach so I know what Virginia smells like.

I hate that smell. It's like burnt chocolate. I go the long way just to avoid 33 business

I suppose I'm out for Sunday. Truck's been making a sound the last few days from what sounds like a belt or tensioner or some such. A high pitch wail, reminding me somewhat of a drill or a supercharger depending on the engine speed. Rather not use the truck much until I get that sorted out.

Joe - 3 yr old battery is not that old. It's been cold lately, so that definitely has an effect on battery cranking up an engine. If it really is a battery problem, usually you can get prorated on the return / replacement since most batteries are advertised as 48 or even more months (mine is 60 months) prorated after a certain full replacement warrantee period/years (not sure)

Damn. My OEM Battery lasted 5 years. My second one, a Costco branded one lasted 5 years and I'm on my third one, made by Interstate and sold by Costco, going on two years.
My auxiliary battery is a 9 month old Optima. We'll see how it lasts..

Yeah, sometimes Sam's Club, BJ's and Costco don't even try to prorate. I've had occasions where they just don't want to do the math and just refund the original purchase price.

My truck is a 2011, it started as a two year lease, sat for one year at the dealership theN I bought it, battery went like 8 months later.
I just replaced it with 5 year battery from autozone.

Can confirm. I work at BJ's and pretty much any return is largely unquestioned. You can return stuff we've never sold. No doubt batteries can be returned if you complain about it.

My oem battery lasted 2/3 years. Next I had a die hard platinum group 31M which lasted maybe 2 years, then Sears stopped selling them so I got a prorated refund and picked up a yellow top to get me by, then swapped the yellow top to my fiance's Subaru Outback and picked up an odyssey group 31 for my truck. Hopefully I have better luck with this one. It was like $350 and had to order it online.

Yea took me about a year to finally pull the trigger lol. Now I need a new battery tray because it's so heavy
