My tank currently has 360 miles on it. Guessing the fill up will be 19 gallons. 18 mpg. Totally normal for me. That's a mix of city and highway.

Gas is $2.50 a gallon who really cares about mpg. Canada rapes you on gas prices and about everything else you can possibly buy. I love Canada amazing mountains.

Haha nevermind the cost of water!!!
I'm getting 13.5 mpg I was hoping like 18 when I bought the truck haha boy was I wrong. I even tried using a higher octane... all that did was cost me 10 cents a litre more...

Mine only has 48000k so don't think changing parts will make a huge difference. My wife: "what do you want for xmas?" Me: "I already ordered my gift from you... thanks it's just what I wanted !"

Yeah see based on my whole tank I was getting 11.9. Scared to find out what I'll get towing my 18ft smoker craft.
Thinking I might hold onto it for 2 years and see what Toyota is offering engine wise then.

I have a 09 V6 Prerunner,I drive like an old man cause I kinda am. I get about 17mpg in mostly highway driving. My son has a 2017 Tundra V8 that gets 15.5 mpg, Tacomas are not known for great fuel economy.

I get 10MPG is towing my trailer which is essentially a 5,000lb air brake. If you're getting that on the road without a trailer something is wrong.

I assume you've checked tire pressure and your air filter and spark plugs have been replaced recently.

@stickyTaco I bought it used from a toyota dealership and they said they replaced all that stuff as part of their reconditioning. But maybe ill double check and throw in a K&N. Tires look good. Maybe ill slightly overfill by a tiny bit to help with the coasting.
