Because in your current situation, if you had adjustable one, it would just be a simple rebuild which means seals and oil and new nitro.

    Done.

    And he shoulda got ADS..:p

And no I don't. you even just said

Why the fuck would you think shock OIL is any different?????

Its not that hard to figure out man..

    Yes i did.

and even if you can't do it. Keep those OME you have now for when you send them to DSM if you aren't capable of doing it yourself.

Though its pretty easy and you need like 4 tools.

I'll admit it's not an easy task doing it the first time. Yes it's simple but if it's a daily and you can't mess something up cuz you need it driving the next day it makes it a bit of a stretch on the first go.

I don't think you only get 40k out of 1000 buck coil overs.

    Yes they need maintained.

But the maintenance is cheap to DIY. So in the long run, its cheaper. and rides way better. and is customizable to better suite your needs.

Ive never been impressed with the ride quality of any OME setup ive been in personally. Yours included. but yea go it.

I have 50k on my coilovers. One rebuild and one new set of rod end sphericals. Gonna rebuild again next summer.

i don't carry a can of lube..all my stuff is squeak free. In fact i borrowed Mikes and tried it and it my uniballs sqeak. Thought that was odd..

Mileage wise. Idk. Marc says he has 50k. Im sure he'll get 50k more with basic maintenece. Its simple math and an ivestment. But worth it in the long run.

And im well aware its not a factor of ride quality. Im saying the design of the shock is superior thus giving a better ride. I shouldn't have to spoon feed you that.

And ill enjoy exploring the mountains and desert with my ADS and King setups thank you very much no matter where i end up. Cali has lots of places to wheel and i intend to explore them with one or both of my trucks. Because i can and have two that do the job and do it great.

So yes. I will continue to say, invest in better components. Its worth it man. Id have thought you'd see that by now after wheeling with Mike and I and getting to ride and drive them. You can't deny that they feel better. Even if you do deny it. I don't believe you and you're just being Ben the :stirthepot: Askhole you are. haha

I don't remember what it is per shock to rebuild exactly but I'm thinking 20$ per shock for rebuild kit and another 10 for oil on the high side. So 60 all in not including what it costs to build your own nitro fill bottle. But I like what my truck does because of the damping I have and I enjoy the tinker time with the rebuilds so it's perfect for "me"

Yes. 25k is about when to rebuild when using them moderately hard I think? 40k if just pavement iirc. And see previous post for cost.

Woooo found a sweet place to live :goingcrazy:

Once again I'll be in the basement of an old ladies house haha but this one has a bathroom and mini kitchen. Super cheap too.

    Glad to have resolved that.
