The LAST time I went ice fishing was on Big Lake, 1 Jan 2009, and it was -30F ... nope, ice fishing just ain't my thing.
For coffee, you have to find one you like. Some of them taste kinda weird, IMO. The one I like and drink regularly is Caribou Blend which is a medium roast. They also have the little cups you can put your own coffee grinds in and make a cup at a time. It works well for us because my wife doesn't drink coffee; I used to be like you brewing a pot and dumping half of it most of the time.

    Heatwave..
    13 right now.
Have a 16 Tacoma on my lift for the trans flash and check fluid.
Do that before I start my regular work day.
Snow today so I need to deal with that after work.
3 to 6 then changing to rain. Moving cement it not my idea of fun after work.
One oF the techs is supposedly retiring after Christmas. No great loss as he is like I will be. Lot of things he can't do, some so irritating and frustrating to the others it's not funny. Real nice guy. So i see how others will react to me in a few years.

    Oh so much fun....

I kinda miss being a mechanic. I'm just not "geared" to go to same place of employment day after day. May have gotten it from nomad trapper grandpa.
    It could be worse man.
Hope you have a good one be safe.

    Ty.
I hate change. My anxiety grows the older I get. To the point I have gotten sick.
Things I use to do in my sleep now give me that.
Believe me you don't miss being a "mechanic"

I need to work on chicken coup. The winds expected tonight may freeze them. And shut off some outdoor water lines. I plumbed a manifold of cutoffs in well house so don't have to run alot of well water thru the freeze.

I'm out of repair day to day. My blood would boil in traffic and it's gotten so much worse around San ANTONIO. I can't handle it. I just missed having my own space but got tired of hiding from the snap on man:D
I drive out of my way to miss any and all traffic now.

This is one of the big reasons I like working mids; I go inbound to work and outbound from work with the lightest flow of traffic.

Man, I wish we could get on those shifts. Civilians were working that when I first got up here on active duty. :jellydance:

Yea and there was the Taco dude. Drove an old vw van and had tacos on credit. He'd let ya ride for awhile then you just didn't eat till ya paid up.
I still have my 75th anniversary Kershaw pocket knife that came with a free set of snap on wrenches.
