Good morning folks. It's a cold start today but shouldn't be too cold and hopefully the rain holds off. My son and another former Marine he served with are helping to lay wreaths at Arlington today. I hope y'all have a great day and stay safe.

Nice picture. Wish you the best on Tuesday, hope all goes well and you get some relief!!

Back In '76 I had Back surgery due to a birth defect. Was in a partial body cast for 5 months at the age of 16. It totally sucked. They have come along way since then and you shouldn't have to deal with that.

2 days of sleeping and now I was wide awake all night. at least the headache is gone.

I always think that I can't wait for retirement, but I am sure I will miss driving around to different places and fixing things all day. or not. one guy that retired after 40 years on the job said, "starting today, Im not even going to fix a sandwich".

yes "nice" place there's going to be no way to make this convenient to all on the east coast. if we're lucky, we find as central a location as possible and folks from sc to pa can participate. obviously, it would be nice for us all to get together but just not practical. myself included i wouldn't expect anyone to drive more than 6 hours.

About 5 inches is on the ground.
Went and did my grocery shopping already to stock up for the next couple weeks. Roads are greasy, but most of the knot heads aren't out yet.
Snow/rain line is about an hour out, so I think I'll move this white shit around before it ends up as cement.
